Valuation on a "new", never used T@B 320 U

Hello again,  in looking for a T@B trailer we have come across a 2009 T@B 320 U that the original owner said he bought new in 2009.  He also said it has never been used and always covered on a slab.
I would very much appreciate opinions on what the valuation of this trailer might be?

    We purchased our TQ 2007 that has the coolcat underneath the stove, 12V fridge inside.  I really prefer the 12V over the propane model. We have an attached Thermarest side tent.  We purchased in the fall of 2013 for $7,500.  It had little signs of use and was really well cared for.  The body side trim pieces had faded some.  Not sure it this helps but it gives a basis for comparison.  Expect to replace the tires as the age of the tire would warrant replacement.
