Tri-Metric Battery monitor install on a 400

I was confronted with a blown 30 amp fuse on the battery. The push button battery indicator on the light switch panel indicated the battery was ok, but in fact it was seriously depleted. The rear under the bed location and plywood cover over the battery is cumbersome to test, charge, change the fuse or do any work on the battery. The Tri-metric monitor provides simple battery status, rate of charge and discharge without having to access the under the bed battery. The install is straight forward. I located the monitor in the wire chase at the foot of the bed and the shunt on the side of the battery box. (attached photos) The monitor display can be shut off when not being used. It works well and can be used for solar charging down the road.
