Norcold refrigerator gasket won't stay on door.

This is a picture of the top of the refrigerator door. Notice how the gasket has come loose. I contacted Norcold and they said this gasket is not glued in. It just presses into the door. I've re-inserted it several time but it appears that the magnets that seal it to the refrigerator are stronger than the friction that holds it in the slot. Any suggestions for what glue I should use to permanently affix this to the door?

    Some have suggested using gorilla glue when I asked the same question 
    I was able to just press have harder and put the gasket back in place without needing glue and I has held so far but if needed I will glue it

    Mine has also come off and I clean the contact areas on the door and the mating surface on fridge to remove anything sticky and press it back on. It seems if everything is clean it will stay in place. Others prefer a permanent fix.

    We didn't have the goop in our fix-it stash, but did have pure silicone sealant.  Cleaned the groove, put a few dabs spaced regularly, and pressed in place. Been there over a year and still holding. This repair should be done when the fridge is off and the door open to aid in the cure of the silicone. Good luck.
