DISH Downer

I really have enjoyed my Dish Tailgator while camping. However, unless the receiver is kept plugged in round the clock, you will need to call DISH to re-activate your account upon plugging in the receiver.  This takes at least 1/2 hour per occurrence.  Assuming you have cell service. I just spent 2 hours with SEVERAL people at DISH attempting to get access to my channels. The TAB is sitting next to my house, connected to the Tailgator on my roof - but they can't authorize my account. Hmm?
