A,B, and C Speakers. Only A works?

In my '17 CSS it has the Jensen DVD/audio system that all of them got, and I have never addressed this issue. Only speakers A in the cab work, while B and C do not. I'm not sure there is a third set of speakers but the outdoor ones in the clamshell to not put out any music. Does anyone else encounter this problem?

    CF,,  i have a 2017cs-s  on the Jensen spk. button  click a to off.  then hit b.on..  NO c spks..   It took me a few tries by I got the hang of it. One thing i don't have the TV in the rear.. when I ordered mine delete it.  I think you have a control back there or not?  good luck,
