New "Old" T@B Forum member

We had owned (and loved) our 2005 T@B since 2007. We were members of the old forum and attended local PNW rallies. Just joined this forum as (alas) we have noticed some water damage to our floor and were seeking advice, which was greatly appreciated. Not being very "handy" we've decided the best path for us would be to sell and buy a newer T@B. As you can see from our signature maps, we've put a lot of miles on our T@B, but had always taken good care of her. Were shocked by the soft spot on the floor! We're hoping she has some value to a handy person wanting to purchase an inexpensive T@B. One forum member said he had fixed his floor for $200!
