T@b Visor Problem

I'm trying to use my Visor for the first time, and I can't get the pole into the visor all the way. It seems to be about 4-6 inches too long.Do any of you have suggestions, tips, or tricks?

Sometimes they can be a little tight, but 4”-6” is way off. I would measure it exactly then call the mfg. to see if it is correct. I shortened mine by about 1/2” because it was really hard to insert the last 1”.
