Replacing Alde fuses

Hi all, getting used to our new 2018 Outback 320. This forum has been great.
I have a question regarding changing fuses in the Alde (I don't need to, but I want to be prepared)
It looks like the fold down seat needs to be removed in order to remove the black cover over the end of the alde where the fuses are located? That can't be right, can it?

Duh, I bet you have to leave the seat back up instead of letting it down. I'll look tomorrow.1

Just the bottom portion of the seat needs to be removed to gain access to the Alde2015 T@B 320 S, 2019 Jeep Cherokee
