Toilet Broken??

Getting ready for our first trip after the winter and the toilet is leaking. A hose that fits in the back of the toilet fell out. I can place the black connector on the end  of the hose back in the hole in the toilet but there is no way to screw it down. Not sure what to do?? Any ideas??
