Visiting the nüCamp factory

  I don’t know where to post this... does anyone have any advice for visiting the NüCamp factory and any suggestions for where to eat nearby? I would love an authentic Amish restaurant. I wish we could be there during ücamp but we had already scheduled vacation for the July 4th week before I knew about it. Thanks!

  Dutch Valley Inn, just west of the factory and on the south side of Route 39.  Great food and a place I make it a point to stop in on every trip to the factory!

  You may be out of luck visiting the factory July 4th week. If I remember correctly, they shut down that week.

  I think you are correct here as they normally shut down for a week.  There are still some great spots to visit in Amish country, wineries, shops, etc.

  @Michigan_Mike I was just at the factory last Thursday and indeed they are shutdown this entire week.  The workers were cleaning up the floors and no one was working on the builds.
