I have a question for the group,

I just bought a 2026 Haven with the upgraded 3000 watt inverter and 270AH battery, and the dealer told me it would run the AC on battery power only and the manual states that running it on battery power would drain the battery quickly so I tried to run it and as soon as it started up maybe 5 seconds later all power went out in the trailer and no breakers were tripped and I couldn’t figure out what happened but the next morning the power was back on and the battery was at 97%.
I took the trailer to the Nucamp service center and when we tried to run it on battery power the control panel said ac not found but it worked fine on shore power so the technician told me it draws to much power on startup so it won’t run on battery power alone . Anyone know if it should run as the manual states on is the technician correct.
