Hi, The WFCO should not have any thing to do with solar charge.  The normal set up is Solar Panel>solar charge controller>battery.   Hmmm, from neither.  By chance where the solar controllers turned off?  (Using the app) id start trouble shooting down the circuit.  The first thing I would check is at the solar controller .  When in sun light, I would put a meter on the + and - for the PV  .  That will tell you if your panel is generated voltage.  If you get nothing, then it could be the fuse and or wiring between your solar controller and the panel.   If voltage coming into solar controller is good.  I would check the output of your solar controller , the + and - labeled battery.  See if you are getting voltage out of the solar controller when voltage is coming in (checked above).  If you are getting voltage on the output side of the solar controller, I would check the wires at the battery the come from the solar controller.  If your not getting voltage at the battery ,against it could be fuse or wiring.
