Hi! I recently reversed engineered the vent cover and 3D printed a test and it works great! If you or anyone else is interested please let me know.
The cover needs to be printed in 2 pieces, and glued together due to size limitations of my 3D printer.
I can also print these in black. If you want a different color, let me know

I would not recommend using the clips. Replacement clips found online are not OEM and easily break. I would use bolts
