Re Andersen hitch system... I used one for years and really miss the sway control it provided when I was towing.
I think the main concern about the Andersen hitch is that too much pressure could bend the frame.  So caution is the best policy.
The Andersen it easy, clean with no heavy greasy ended long bars to lug to or drag out of the tv.  I found the sway control excellent and you can back up without having to stop and remove a side mounted sway bar before you make a turn.
I appreciate the specs provided... I'm looking for one for my Tab 400 and will check those measurements.

I towed the other day without the weight distribution chains attached to drop my trailer off for a wheel bearing grease. I really noticed it seemed to bounce a lot more. I still go the benefit of the sway control, but those chains seem to keep the hitch from bouncing a lot less as a whole. The T@b 400 (as light trailers go) has a rather heavy 400+ lbs hitch weight. I notice I still get an inch or more of sag in the back even with the hitch (it sags more without it) so I'm considering also getting some air bags in the rear of my 2022 Nissan Pathfinder tow vehicle to help. I think the springs are engineered more for comfort than rear weight support. I'm worried that with even that little sag I'll be shining my headlights in people's eyes. What's amazing to me about the Andersen hitch is it's so light, that even if I didn't used the weight distribution, the sway control (and lack of greasy ball) is so handy I'm not sure I could find a hitch combo that was as convenient.
