@jimcenname My 2021 has the same looking rust on just one of the sink screws... But I believe it is the collar that the screw holds down that is rusting...not the screw itself. That should be a domet… -

I'd say normal. In my 400, I think it does actually blow less forcefully on low vs. high, but the noise level is very similar on both settings. -
