I just replaced the crank with if I remember a 1/2” bolt. Just pop off the top cover for access. I think it was a 6” bolt. I cut off the thread. Then I drilled a small hole in it to match the crank handle. If you are not good with tools. Ask a friend or neighbor. Good luck

  Seem to me just one less thing to store if you don't need them. Also they don't support much weight since you are just stabilizing.

  This is the fourth antenna I have tried and so far the best. I do have to question the 100 mile claim though.
