The way to track down voltage drop is with a voltmeter (doh ! 😀 ) but not by measuring voltage to ground but by measuring the actual voltage drop in the wiring section by section. E.g. you start at …1 -

First thing I'd try is to "manhandle" the fridge and see if it can be tilted enough to get it out. Otherwise remove the sill cover and see if that gains some space.1 -

Looks good to me, if anything the tongue might come down a bit with the 4runner and the T@b loaded. If the trailer is not noticeably nose high or low I would not worry about it.1
