  @Ratkity we did look long and hard at the 400. In the end we decided it wouldn’t work for us. We did get a 2018 320 S Outback. Silver with blue trim. Works for us.

  The fasteners are called Huck bolts. According to Norco they use Huck. Bolts rather than welding on their frames.

  @Verna. No worries, I know they are working this issue. NuCamp has shown many times that they are a stellar company. I will attempt to cultivate this “patience virtue” you mentioned.

  @ScottG my frame mfg date is 5/10/2014. I purchased 11/2014 so it was built sometime in between. I have over 20,000 miles on it.
