We rarely use it for heat, and only for hot water once or twice a day, so we turn it on only when needed. It heats water pretty well in fifteen minutes or so. (View Post)
I agree the thermometer is useful--my big grills have them but my older Q100 didn't. However, it was easy enough to purchase one and install it myself. (View Post)
