Those pressure relief valves do occasionally (but rarely) stick or fail completely. Try toggling it a few times to see if you can unstick it. AND get a pressure regulator!1 -

Ha. Thanks, Sharon. That was the air conditioner cooling fan that had to be removed to install the upper cabinet. I made a face plate out of wood and mounted the whole assembly on a leftover GPS ball…2 -
