I have never heard that you need to do anything with your bearings at the 2500 mile mark. I have only ever heard 12,000 miles or annually.1 -

The Prodigy RF brake controller has worked flawlessly for us for 4+ years. I think the Curt Echo seems to have a lot of reported problems.1
