@AnOldUR - another way is to either attach a load side lead directly to the shunt or at the junction box. We have done both. -

We heat water on the stove and use a pour over into an insulated thermos. -

Buy a tent for the 320. Use the tent for sitting and keep the bed made up. This works well during mild weather.
