We have the clamshell model. We did not want any cooking odors in the TaB. We are 3 season campers and we have used canopies over the galley to allow cooking when it rains. No regrets.3 -

It is well made and once you get the hang of it, it is easy to put up. It is so nice to have an enclosed area for privacy, bug protection, to take off and store rain coats and just stash extra gear.1
