Generally, the various appliances have their own warranty. I would check the Sunflare website. If no joy, email help@nucamprv.com. It is a holiday weekend, so, be patient. -

I guess I’m kind of surprised that more owners have not mounted regular solar panels. They’re probably a risk with hail, but it seems like the output would be better than the flexible panels. -

Charge your batteries using a portable lithium charger with the battery switch off. That will exclude any fuses (except the inline battery fuse).
