Drilling that first hole can stop some owners for a while ;) I know this was a special order T@B 400, with special attention to proper placement of the necessary Zamp plugs.2 -

If the ball came completely off, there is nothing wrong with the T@B 400. The tow ball is on the tow vehicle’s receiver bar, not on the T@B 400’s tongue and coupler. See what @Haloo said above. See @…2
