The trim tends to separate, sometimes as a result of the seasonal heating and cooling. You can unscrew and recaulk to a better look, but it is aesthetic, only and not at risk for leaks.1 -

I did some searching, and the only come t was in regards to a 48' semi and the manufacturer responded that it would be around 200ms, so I am not sure it would be detectable on a T@b.1 -
