Your battery appears to be fully charged, and no extra solar is needed. Crank the fan on or some lights and see how the solar input reacts. Is the battery switch on?1 -

12.5 is not "seriously depleted." On a state of charge chart, that would be 90 percent of charge. So, where did that 10 percent go?What you are up against is the "false capacity" …1 -
