The rear stabilizers are part of the frame. The diecast nuts are a typical failure point and are available as a replacement part. UK caravan dealers are the typical source of parts for that chassis.1 -

The red handle on the side loosens the entire shaft assembly. The crank on the top provides about 8 inches of adjustment. When using, you lower ther entire assembly to a couple inches above the groun…2 -

That is quite unique! I've seen lots of T@B tents and awnings over 14+ years of ownership and teardrop rallies and have not seen anything like it. The pole set design is definitely not Thermares…1 -
