We had a second issue after attempting to hook up a hose to the city water connection, we suddenly couldn't get any water out of any of our faucets. Another blog helped us learn about a safety valve located behind the city water connection that had shut and prevented any water from flowing through the lines. We opened the kitchen cabinet and located valve behind the city water connection, unscrewed the back of it, which relieved the pressure. We now have great water pressure and hot water coming from the hot water faucet, cold water coming from the cold water faucet! Thank you again! Love this forum!
