    Hello,

I was reading about your Ultimate Jack installation.  It looks super effective.  In your write-up you state "I also adapted the side channel release bolt with a large hand screw that allows me to quickly release and remove the jack without the need for a wrench."

Where did you get the large hand screw.  I really want to be able to pull my jack out of the way.

    Thanks,

    Bill

@Tabulating - Yes, this Ultimate Jack set up really works well for me and I think it is by far the best way to go. It has been a while but I think the hand screw came from Tractor Supply, or possibly Lowes. They are generally available, you just have to hunt around for them (it may actually be just the turn head that fits around a hex bolt and I made it permenantly attached by applying some epoxy). BTW, that bolt is just an added precaution by the manufacturer that prevents the jack from turning or completely dropping down when the large spring pin is released. I believe some owners do not use that bolt at all, without any problems. Good luck!
