I'd change out the digital thermostat control panel as I've seen them go bad and replaced one myself. But agree with the Alde tech as it is one of the three that's defective and since the circuit board was replaced and the problem reoccurred I'd be inclined to believe it's the thermostat panel.

Since I’m out of warranty if I had the issue I’d look at the wire that runs from the display to the Alde and make sure it wasn’t pinched or nicked and the connectors that plug in at both ends were tight and properly terminated.
