Water Damage Source?

There are screws on the lower curved part facing the ground, remove them and then any accessories, and the top can be pushed up over a hidden track it's locked into. You may just need to look at things and figure it out based on where I've suggested looking for fasteners.

@webers3, yes there is a piece in the underside that looks like metal or aluminum, shaped like that curved plywood inside, right under it, that has screws and caulking. It may be possible that the caulking is cracked or dry. That is my next area to inspect.

@GBL_citruscountyfl great info. So those 2 pieces of roof meet under the bumper? The bumper has some caulking and what looks like a rubber gasket that seems to have dried out. I don’t know if that needs to be replaced maybe?
I was thinking about removing the bumper but I’m afraid I won’t put it back together as it should. Maybe leave it to the pros?2019 T@b 320 S 2nd owner

I would say if you're handy around the house, you should have no issues looking at the rear plastic and figuring out where the attachment locations are. Also, make sure you retighten the two rear handle nuts from the inside of the rv, because they do loosen up as the putty tape used, compresses over time.

@GBL_citruscountyfl "Also, make sure you retighten the two rear handle nuts from the inside of the rv"
How? The rear handles nuts are inaccessible from the inside of 320.

They are normally behind an accessible panel on each corner, where they are located. For instance, my 400 has one on the passenger side front behind the cushion, one behind the panel to fill the alde, one behind a removable cabinet panel in the back, and one that is behind my bed pillow in the back. Each layout may be slightly different due to the model or year, but they all have access panels to reach them and other mechanical stuff. once accessed, all you will see is two nuts and washers.
Just don't torque them down, as they go into plastic handles (on mine) and only need to be lightly tightened until they are snug. Even if you have an aluminum bumper guard using those holes, there will still be the two nuts on the inside, for each corner.

@GBL_citruscountyfl that maybe true on 400 but not on 320, not without deconstruction of the whole rear cabinets and paneling, well beyond my skill level

aren't there small triangle inserts inside each cabinet, to the left and right on the rear? I believe they have a few screws on each for access to each speaker.

@GBL_citruscountyfl Yes, there are triangle inserts on each end of the cabinet, no, there isn't access to the rear of the trailer

what's behind that foil insulation? The handles were put on last, after all the interior was assembled, so there should be access somewhere to all of them. If the picture is of the back where one of the handles is located, you may be able to get your hand and an open end box wrench behind it.

@GBL_citruscountyfl Thank you for your help with this. I've tightened the handles from the outside and sealed the screws with sealant, in addition to sealing the lights and trim, hopefully that should be enough.

@webers3 I sent photos to Nucamp service department and I have just had a conversation with them. Nothing is structural. Behind that “rear board slant” (that’s how they call it), there is aluminum. They have had people showing up where you could see the aluminum. If there is too much water, one layer of the floor could rot, the one right under the linoleum. If that’s the case, you may feel the floor a little squishy and uneven, but you won’t step through it. They said it is hard to find the leak from the rear bumper because it could be from any of the screws or somewhere else. That’s the reason why, if they were to replace this board, the would also replace the entire bumper. But again, you can live with it, it’s not structural. They suggested using a dehumidifier to dry things out. Peel and seal may or may not stop it but it’s worth the try.
I am much less worried about it now. I hope it also puts your mind at ease.2019 T@b 320 S 2nd owner

@Voyager Thank you for that info. I think I've sealed the possible areas of leak but won't know until next season, right now the entire camper is covered with waterproof tarp. I have a fan blowing at the area in attempt to dry it and I will check later this week if it dried. I am disappointed that the nice wood got damaged.
