Moving up to a 400

Our new T@B 400 is scheduled for delivery later this month. It will be our third Nücamp (Pleasant Valley Trailer) product. We started with a Silver Shadow and now have a 2012 T@B L. It has been interesting working out a trade with our dealer. We don't think he has fully realized that it doesn't have the same floor plan and equipment as the units in his stock.
We have some questions as we prepare to take delivery.
Is the hitch height of the 400 the same as 320? Wondering if we're going to need a new ball mount? We don't see that figure in the on line 400 manual and don't recall reading it here in the forum. For our current T@B it is 18".
We are planning on making window awnings for the front and sink side windows. We love these on our T@B. Does anyone know the dimensions of these windows? We forgot to measure when last visiting the dealer who is 2.5 hours away.
Thanks in advance.

Without the Boondock axle, the standard TaB 400 (2018 model) is 18” height to the top,of the 2-inch ball, so you should be good to go. However, the tongue weight is more on the 400, around 400 lbs. with empty gas bottle. Congratulations and enjoy.

@Denny16, thanks for the info. Tongue weight and AC are on our minds making this decision.Jupiter, Florida~T@B 400, with 2018 Toyota 4Runner

@treefrog the order form says 2020. It has been noted elsewhere in the forum that some, including us, received notification of a delay in shipping from ?, in our case January, to mid February. There was a note to one of those comments that the delay was for retooling on the assembly line based on a phone conversation with Nücamp. What one gets from Nücamp can be a bit of a surprise at times due to mid year changes. That was the case when we took delivery of our 2012 T@B L. We will see and advise.
