Battery not charging on shore power

Hi all,
TIA for any suggestions.
our 2020 tab 400 bdl is plugged into power and has been for a few months. Now, in the last 3 days the battery has been going down due to a small dehumidifier running, is showing 11.8 volts in the victron app, and won’t charge on shore power. Solar is bringing it up slowly this morning. The battery disconnect has been disconnected and inverter is off.
My newbie question: is there a fuse that I should check coming from shore power to the battery?
thanks a million

Are you checking your app while the humidifier is running? How many watts does the humidifier use? If it has enough of a draw, your battery will read low.Turn off the humidifier and check again.

Thanks for your response. Everything is turned off, humidifier is not running, battery disconnect is disconnected, and inverter is off. So I think the victron May be the only draw. Solar has brought it up to 11.92, slowly.

You need to have the battery disconnect "connected" for the battery to charge under shore power. The solar recharging bypasses the battery disconnect, so will work regardless.

I just tried again. Battery connect is “connected”, solar is slowly charging (it’s 11.97 now) but the shore power is not jumping it back up. I still believe from everything I have tried that shore power is not charging the battery now, only solar. There is a light on main power to show we are getting power to trailer.
thanks so much -
There is also a 40 Amp breaker under the bed next to the inverter. It is a manual reset type. If that has tripped, it would act the same as if the disconnect was disconnected.

Thank you my friend! YOu are a steely eyed missile man!! Woohoo! Instantly went up to 12.6 volts when we found the breaker under the bed. Drinks are on me!
