That should be the correct plate.  Sounds like it’s standard now for that lock model so it fits the older and newer version couplers.  I measured the previous fix that the tab was moved in too much and it’s 3.25”, so the 3.5” sounds good.  I have the final version installed at my storage location, so can’t get a measurement right now.
