T@B 400 Squeaky Floor?

Do you have a squeaky bathroom floor? We did...
In fact, the floor squeaked no matter where we stepped. So I decided to figure out if I could make it stop. I started by removing the two square drive screws securing the access panel below the bathroom door. Next I had my wife walk around in the bathroom, but she couldn't get the darned floor to make any noise! So I screwed the access panel back in place and the squeaking started again!
The fix was a small piece of butyl tape on the back side of the panel where the screws go through. You could even use a bit of chewing gum if that's all you have.
