Help! Air Lock?

I have a 2016 320 s. Had it for several years with no problems.
I filled the water tank to 80%. Turned on the pump. Faucet sputters and never stops.
Pump never stops.
Aldi gurgles when pump is on.
Tried raising and lowering the tongue. No luck.
I'm stuck.
Any ideas?

    I tried city water and that works fine.

    The city water connection would have cleared your lines of air.  Your pump is not able to pressurize.  Can be due to a loose or cracked pump filter housing, a loose pipe connection, a fresh water tank outlet obstruction.  Test the pump by removing the intake side and see if it can take up water from a bucket.

    Continuation of what Sharon said.  When taking up water from a bucket, listen for gurgling.  That's how I knew I had a crack in my pre-filter on the intake side.  Had to remove the pump to find it.  I saw it sucking water out of the bucket but heard that it was still taking in air too, which meant a breach on the intake side of the filter.
