No power from my factory installed panels on a  4/2018 vintage 400. Checked the panels at the diodes. No volts in full sun. Previously worked fine. Owned for two years this month. What brand panels are these?  Manufacturer warranty?

Is there an in-line fuse on the positive wire?  I know my 200 watt suitcase has an in-line fuse. 

Just grasping at straws...and that’s all I can think of.

i assume the solar controller says zero.

Call nuCamp service and see what they recommend, is your best bet.
I assume you have the earlier 2-panel setup, nuCamp replaced this with one larger 194-watt single panel.  You might be able to get a partial credit towards swapping them out for the newer panel.

Verna, I think the OP has stated he checked the voltage at the panels themselves (not sure where the diodes are, assume they are in thrnpanels), so his check is before any fuses, so it seems to be a voltaic panel issue?

yes, I hear you, and I am not sure where he actually checked the voltage at, I am assuming the diodes are on the voltaic panels,themselves?

i’m having exactly the same problem with my 02/2018 400 with twin panels. Did you get anywhere with Nucamp?

Need to contact Zamp. I think at 541-728-0924. They asked for pictures and ownership proof. They sent me two 100W "Sunpower" panels. Look like very good quality.
