How to fix window shades / blinds

The little plastic tabs that attach a string to the according blinds to help the blinds move up and down has come off in numerous places. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this, prevent it from happening, or the type of glue I should use to reattach the plastic tabs to the blinds?
Thank you

@Sharon_is_SAM - Here is a picture, not sure why it rotated ninety degrees.

    Thanks, Jerry

Fixed it.  The photos taken in “portrait” mode with your phone held vertically will flip here on this forum.  Take photos with your phone turned horizontally.

Not sure about how to affix the plastic tabs.  IIRC, our strings are threaded through small holes, but don’t quote me.  Hmmm…
I think I would try some fabric glue.
