So back in the olden days, a little over a year ago when we bought this little cutie, there was much discussion about the noise of the RV lock. It’s annoying especially late at night if one person is asleep and the other one is trying to come in stealthily. 

People were taking them apart and disabling the something something and there was no way I was willing to do that. 

I just learned that you only need to hold down the number ONE key till it makes a noise and it turns the sound off. Life-changing! 

And a little bonus tip, when you leave the camper you can just hold down the lock button and it will lock. Boy, am I having a great day!

I love ours, just wish the number plate plastic cover didnt crack and peel.  Can still see the numbers and so far we remember where to push for lock and unlock. Darn UV.
