How can I move the license plate light over on a 2021 T@B 400 BD

Hello, So glad to join this group!  We have a new 2021 T@B 400 Boondock. I purchased a wifi solar backup camera that doubles as a license plate holder.  Only problem, the location of the existing license plate light prevents mounting the camera bracket.  Does anyone how I can move the existing light over about 3”?  That is all we would need.  We loosened the light and tried to pull the 12V wires  but there is very little slack.  I was thinking of taking off the rear bumper for access to see if there is more wire to pull.  Just don’t want to create another problem.  What do y’ all think?
