No power to Air8 thermostat display

On our maiden voyage with 2021 TAB 320, we find there is no display on the thermostat and it is unresponsive to touch. Any ideas? We have checked the breaker box and did not see anything amiss. We are connected to shore power. As an aside, the Alde is not heating water either, but that's another discussion! Thank you for any guidance.

is your microwave working? if not the I suspect shore power is off. Start there and work your way to the Converter and see if all the breakers are on, then on to the fuses, the remove air 8 controller and see if it is connected at the display and at the unit.

We had power to everything else. Didn't find any breaker or fuse problems. I'll try popping off the control panel and looking behind it. Thanks!
