Electrical problem - help please

So, had a new problem today.  Plugged into shore power yesterday. All outlets, fan and refrig worked for a few hours. Then lights went off and fan went off and outlets didnt work but frig was ok.  Power is coming out of pole ok, tow vehicle is not connected.  All fuses by converter are fine.  So, i think we ran off battery even though plugged in.  Today outlets and frig are working but not fan and lights.  My Tab does not have the fuse by the battery as far as I can tell.  2007 Dutchman.  Thanks for any help.

For an older T@B, replacing the self-resetting circuit breaker is an inexpensive thing to try for sporadic power issues. On my 2008, it's mounted on the tongue in the battery/propane area. If you trace the positive battery wire back, you should find it.

Kates, don't forget to check all your ground connections also, maybe one is loose, corroded or partially broken.

You may be due to replace the converter.  Do you have the World Friendship Corp converter?  There is a 25A model available that is a direct replacement for around $100.  On the Yahoo forum there are detailed instructions in the files section.  It takes about 90 minutes.

Thanks for the help. Our battery was dead. So we got a new one.  Now, while plugged into shore power the battery does not stay charged.  I think John may be right about the converter.  We do have the world friendship converter. How hard is it to swith these out!
