I can now confirm that replacing the shower sprayer in a 2025 320 is indeed possible (and easy & cheap) by using a simple kitchen sink sprayer (see link above). I was able to unscrew the existing sprayer head and screw on the replacement. It's nice that it stays in spray mode (only mode it has) and I don't have to keep turning the water on/off while showering. I looked at the replacement models other people have used above, but in all honesty they were too big & gaudy for my taste, which I why I went with the small compact one. And it was only $10. The only mistake I made was getting the "brushed nickel" version (even though it's plastic) thinking I would match my kitchen faucet only to discover the fixture in the bathroom is chrome/stainless steel colored.
