Missing water tank

HELP!  I have a 2004 T@B without a fresh water tank.  I don't have a bathroom or a shower.  My T@B only has a sink.  Someone took the water tank out and fittings before I got it.  Can anyone tell me what I need to do and or purchase to put in a 5 gallon tank and have water come out the faucet.?

Unfortunately, those tanks are not made anymore. Perhaps a portable water jug like this....

Then some tubing into the dispenser valve, and a fitting on top.

OR you could go with a 5-gallon permanent water tank with all the hoses

Then get a fill valve that is put into the outside of your trailer.
