What brand or recommendations for the following items do I need to buy before we get our Tab 400 Boondock?

Security- lock for hitch or wheel locks

Water pressure regulator

Surge protector for electric hookup

Anything else I need immediately?

I will be towing with a 2016 Ram crew cab 5.7 V8

Water pressure regulator is an ordinary off the shelf sort of thing.  I have a nice brass one.  But my plastic one works just fine.
