Refrigerator not cooling

2018 tab 320...fridge has never really cooled in any mode.  I’m not sure what to do...it is also a real pain to ignite the pilot when switching to propane...still doesn’t get cold.

Norcold is supposed to have a very thorough tech support crew. Try calling them for troubleshooting.

Make sure the trailer is level! It won't work if it isn't level.

Failure to cool in any mode suggests something is amiss not with the heat sources themselves but rather with the adsorption cooling mechanism. I second Verna's suggestion to elevate this to Norcold tech support.
