We picked up our T@B M@x S on Tuesday! We ordered ours about three months ago and were given a "late June" delivery date. We were pleasantly surprised when it really was delivered in late June. The dealer told us there is now a four month wait for new units. We're doing a shake down stay at a local campground now. We'll travel a little further, about 90 minutes away, for the 4th of July weekend.
A few 2016 model observations: This one has radial tires, all lights inside and out are LED, sticker at front door mentions Azdel panels on board, windows have wood valances with a "tray" on top that will hold small items. The "3D T@B emblem" on back of the trailer is a shiny hardware emblem rather than a decal and it looks really nice, much classier than the decal. The power cord has LEDs on both ends to indicate that power is present.
The only downside so far is the AC just can't keep up in hot weather and direct sunlight. The AC is putting out cool air (made sure the AC auxiliary fan is on) but the heat load seems to be too much even with the trailer closed up and blinds down. It cools off quickly when the sun goes down. We'll be looking to set up in the shade.
We're loving it so far!

The Fantastic Fan on the roof must have the cover open about 3" before it will be able to turn on, to keep the FF's fan motor from overheating.

While I have a Silver Shadow, it's A/C is basically what Pleasant Valley has used with the same basic principals in the 2015 T@B models (from what I've heard from you owners). I have the little brown/black switch for a 12V DC fan that I need to turn on when I'm using the A/C unit so that the hot air is expelled from around the rear of the A/C unit. Trust me, if you forget to turn the fan on, you'll figure it out soon. You will have to turn the A/C unit off, let it cool down, and then turn it back on with the fan switch on.
When I'm using the A/C unit, I open the Fantastic Fan a bit (I do not turn the FF on), and I open at least one window the width of a wine cork (yes, I'm serious!). While I do have a different style of window, you T@B owners can open one side window (the shaded side) about a 1/2" or so, so some fresh air is brought in to the A/C unit. The hot air will rise and be naturally expelled through the Fantastic Fan.
Before Pleasant Valley found the A/C units were too hot behind the units, there were many trials and tribulations in trying different things until they tried the DC fans to expel the hot air. The DC fans worked in the Silver Shadows and now it appears they are using the same principal on the 2015 T@B units.
Pleasant Valley has also been really good about implementing needed changes as they find problems. They have been known to make changes in the production line within days of finding a problem, and then sending a notification to their dealers to make changes on the units they had on their lots.

Thanks,

Lots of great places to camp right in your backyard down there. We'll be down camping in Toano in just a few weeks. My wife bought me the coaster tour at Busch Gardens.
Would love to see some photos.

If it were mine, that's what I would do. Since you boondock so much, I would look for a 12V DC fan, as opposed to an AC fan. Do a search on Amazon for a "muffin fan 12V dc". There are a number of them. I would say you would need a medium to slower speed, but I'm not sure of the size of the vent and how it would be mounted.
Mounting screws would need to be about 1.5", if I remember correctly from the phone company. I used to change out two or three of them a week on the Central Office switch equipment.
