I'm prepping my 2016 TAB 320 S for camping. Everything is working (e.g., 12v lights and fan, shore power, propane), except when I attempt to turn on the Alde (3010 control panel) I find a dark screen. I checked 12v fuses; they are OK. Then found (-) glass fuse blown on top of Alde. Replaced both fuses. Control Panel still not showing any life. I turned the 12v power to panel off and on. Still no sign of life in panel.
What is going on? Do I need a new Control Panel, as the local NuCamp Service person (via a phone conversation) indicated was likely.
Or, is the blown fuse trying to indicate something. I do not have a surge protector on my shore electrical line, but have gotten advice from forum members of what to buy early this week! Thank you, and perhaps I'm too late and have damaged my control panel.
Your help is appreciated. Was hoping to get out this weekend, but must solve this before my first camping of the year.

How is your battery?
Does the Alde start on propane?
I'm not sure if the Alde needs battery to start on 12V electricity, but it does need battery to start on propane.
