@kbdigitiqe, I'm pretty sure it's not 'drop in'.

Ours required removing the old unit, cleaning all the old sealant off, sealing and screwing the new frame to the Tab, then finally installing the new unit.

No cutting was required however.

There're a couple of installation videos at that link that might show you the details.

Thanks Chan, I thought at one point there was talk about a different unit that didn’t require any of that, like just the “guts” were replaced, wish I could find that post

@kbdigitiqe - I think you're looking for the 7350 upgrade kit. They run between $100-300 depending on supply and demand.
